As i got more interested in basketball, you really cant take your eyes off of him on the court. He is a true natural talent. But sometimes i also wonder, growing with that competitiveness in the family, is his brother sometimes feels envious or smt 😂 he must be compared a lot, glad their relationship is heathy. Their parents did a good job raising them
Both of them had different obstacles to overcome but it all worked out. Ung only started committing to basketball in middle school (which is quite late by professional standards, most KBL players started in elementary sch). He was always the more cautious and less confident in himself in his younger days so he probably would have cracked if he was in Hoon's shoes. It was only in more recent seasons that he has been showing his best form, bit of a late bloomer. Meanwhile Hoon got sssssoo much attention from elementary school all the way through college because he was the "golden child" everyone said inherited his appa's basketball DNA. Because of his happy-go-lucky chill personality, he's not that bothered by all the attention and any negative comments.
