You can film in public but if someone says they dont want to be in your video or recording then just say sorry and find someone else to film people have a right to their privacy. I would object to be in the recording too furthermore he was filming in front of a restaurant where people are eating and having a conversation and conversations can be private.

The fact that this isn’t the first time she has done this just shows you that shouldn’t be anywhere near the kitchen or anything related to cooking since she will manage to create a disaster and probably burn down the whole apartment
