We bikers remember our mis shifts! If your a real biker chances are you remember where your occurred? My was on old 99,Candy, Oregon. (I just thought of something interesting) Right near is a sign that reads: your half way between Equator an North Pole! My mis-shift was enough to activate my rev limiter, an entire engine just stopped!
I miss shifts enough that I usually don't remember all of them. This Weestrom doesn't have the powerband long enough to afford a missed shift. I use the inside lip of my boot for upshifts (depending on which boots I'm wearing)

The bicycle has the same rights as a car. If there are no bike lanes available, it can use the full lane. It would have been considerate allow the truck to pass.
