Good miles for the year, but the R1 is a tough bike certainly the older ones, people have ridden around the world, off road and across deserts on these bikes, should be good for easy 100k miles
Me too watcher your video took it apart mine wasn't burnt like yours just dial piece was loose reinstalled it and it worked but 1 was 4 and 4 was off lol...I can live with that I was stuck on 2 😅
“Going legit Homie, tryna get on the Nira Curcuit” that’s awesome. Just signed up for my test! So I’m assuming you were able to bring your own bike for the test and they have a problem with that? Or did they already expect you to have your own bike?
I finished the sensor relocation on my 2003 C5 today. I did this job about 2 years ago but I didn't install the extender. So, here we are again. (I bought the extender hose with fittings on Amazon for $99). I didn't want to disturb more than necessary and I didn't want to drill any holes. I did not remove anything except the plastic engine cover. Although it was a royal pain in the butt, I was able to disconnect the old sensor and pull it out. For me, the hardest part was threading the extender hose into the engine. I could not get the threads lined up while rotating the hose. Now, my oil pressure gage no longer acts like a windshield wiper. It was continuously slamming full scale and back to zero. Now it sits rock steady at 42 PSI at cold idle. If (when?) this new sensor fails, it will be very easy to replace it.
Omg! I watched your video and fix the damn problem MYSELF!!!! 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼got the plastic pry tools, took it apart like you instructed, Cleaned the connections, greased them and tighten up the back piece and now all of the numbers with ac are working!! Thank You. Thank You. Thank You. YOU ARE THE MAN!!! I can't thank you enough! 2Ts
Corvettes are for retirees and mid life crisis losers ..mustangs save you 15 to 20k, way more comfortable, buy 2018 w/10r80 and just as fast, 4seats, tougher looking, John Wick owned a mustang ..
Those rpm’s are just about right given a 1.6 liter 4 cylinder 5 speed. Cheap cars have little sound deadening. Also 30 mpg is just about right. You will never find a 6 speed manual econobox from 2009, it does not exist. You should definitely buy the manual, so you can best utilize that small engine, it will be lighter, faster, stronger and theft proof. Basically, everything this guy says is incorrect. The only real downside to these cars is crash safety and some road noise.
The automatic version gets 45 mpg Highway. And revs half as high. And the Hyundai accent actually has one of the best crash test safety ratings of all compact cars. So you my friend are incorrect. No engine should be revving that high for long distances of travel.
Thanks for the vid. I totally agree. The regular C7 looks too "skinny" and kinda goofy without the side skirts and front lip. Yeah, it does make it look a little lower to the ground. I wanted to buy a GS C7, but they were still kinda on the expensive side. I already added the Z06 style grill because I don't like the stock one; people say it looks like "teeth" or "braces."
I have a hard time believing a mechanic for 20 years doesn't know the names of the parts of a spark plug. Also I think you mentioned you gapped them? You don't gap iridium plugs. You don't touch the tip.
So, to get to the core, there are lots of steps. This thing is like one of those nesting dolls! Taking this apart, cleaning the connections, and applying the grease didn't work for me. There was melted plastic and bent metal. None available at the junk yard. Ordered one for $220 from Hyundai, waited 6 days and now I'm fixed up. This video oversimplifies the job but I appreciate the tip about the plastic prying tools.
I'm sorry, but if a real plug is $15 each and you managed to find 4 of them for $15 and dumb enough to think they are real, at that point maybe the problem is you. I reason why these company are able to sell these carp is some people have no common sense. You wouldn't believe the amount of people that come to our shop and tell us we're trying to rip them off because our prices were too high and they can get it cheaper on Amazon
That’s not a custom box . Is just a regular box that fits perfect on that car. The corners are not in the box they are in the car. But it does look good though.👍
