yes, you can integrate Zillow leads. I don't have personal experience with that as I have never bought leads, but it seems very simple - help.lofty.com/hc/en-us/articles/19646061895835-Zillow-Two-Way-Integration
Yes, you can set them up on an MLS search and it’ll connect them back to your website. The MLS drips I think are well done and Lofty. In both Kvcore and Lofty, if you call or text it goes from the smart number. You can buy extra smart numbers if wanted. or, if using the app, you can have it call/text from your personal number or your smart number. But only in the app. So in the app, if youre manually calling or texting somebody, you can use your personal number. But things like smart campaigns and automated events, that all comes from the smart number. What I personally do in automated campaigns is include a link to my digital business card so they can save my personal contact in one click from that. Or get yourself a smart number and use it as your business line
KV Core comes for free with EXP. Website is extra. Lofty is available for $40 and $10 to add in website and $10 for CMA use. Great video review, thanks!
At 4:47 - Is that, or was that the police station? I walked by that corner on my way to St Raphaels school and saw the flag at half-mast the day President Kennedy was shot. I can't remember if that's the same building but I sure remember the day. Haven't been there since '64.
@@TomGaruccio_Realtor That's it! Across the street was Avalones drug store and to the east was a small gas station where the new white buildings are. I was 5 years old then. Brings back my childhood. Thanks 😊
This guy is pretty in tune with the cleveland market, some of the best analysis I've heard about it on YT...Brand new investor but lifelong clevelander.
Also known as the "Home of the flooded basement"... And has inept leaders who deferred maintenance on the Recreations Center (2007) which is underutilized and a drain on city's finances.
section 8 can be used anywhere, most people looking to cash flow through sec 8 are investing on clevelands eastside as there's a high sec 8 demand and lower entry price points (better for cash flow)
Hi Tom, thanks for the video! I am looking for cash-flow properties. Apart from 44105 & 44108 as you mentioned, what about these zipcodes: 44120, 44103, 44104
I’m from this town 😉😉. Just kidding. But yes we do have a few pro athletes, plus the person who invested the swifter sweeper owns a house here (currently for sale for 10mil).
I love the format of these videos! I watch a lot of these types of videos from different channels because my husband and I are new to the area and trying to find where we like best. Your format is my favorite because you go into detail and have so much footage! It's much easier to get a feel for a place through video along with your great commentary. Please keep them coming!
hey! Thanks Emily! I really appreciate those kind words because i put a lot of effort into these! Im about to release one for Westlake in a day or so! Let me know if you ever need anything :)
Great service - I think we could all organize, declutter, sort & standardize. Example for me...ask me for a fork or spoon and I will open a drawer in the kitchen and hand it to you...ask me for a screwdriver and 20-minutes later I will have found every flat head screwdriver I own, except you needed philip. Great job Tom
