Hi sis thanks for another great vlog, I had a question, I know it’s late, I wanted to know if I made a payment on a credit card and left a 10 dollar charge on the card because it’s what a financial rep recommended, but if the due date is due , do I ignore it because I would want to have the 10 dollar balance instead of it being a 0 balance, or should I pay it and use the credit card again even though the whole process would take a few weeks for the credit bureaus to see a 10 dollar balance?
I will always work to have my balances at 0. Idc who recommends otherwise. But do what your financial advisor recommends. I’m not in a position to give that type of advice.

Thank you so much for the tour of Celina, which is one of my choices of cities to move to in Dallas. I am amazed at how much land you can get and how big the beautiful houses are! My question is do you think Celina is cheaper than my other choices of cities to live in like McKinney, little elm, Princeton, and Anna? I want to live further from the city but not to far , but still want some land and affordable real estate that is still an established city?
Celina will be the most expensive w median homes around 650k while Princeton is around 350k as of now. You won’t be able to buy land in any of these areas anymore. You will have to go outside of Collin County. Homes w an acre will range from 600k and up now.
Also I love the homes in Anna as well , hopefully they will be still affordable by the time I relocate hopefully in the near future, anywhere close to McKinney I love as well , Collin county I heard is a really great county and has the best school system that I would want for my future kids to go to
Houston metro black population 1.4 million DFW black population 1.3 million Now it may feel like its way more black but its not. Blacks in DFW are more spread out which kinda makes it feel like its not as many.

I’m definitely trying this next weekend. I just tried Tupelo Honey and The Common Table yesterday and I wasn’t impressed with The Common Table, Tupelo’s fried chicken and Mac & cheese was okay, but the chicken had what tasted like a full cup of salt on some parts of the chicken. Also, I did watch your review on Tupelo yesterday after going. I’m looking for food that will make me moan it’s so good. 😆
Have you tried kitchen+kocktails by Kevin Kelley? That was the last place that made me moan off the food. Also, breakfast klub in Houston. It’s not often I get food that I think is fully mind blowing. But Johnnys was real good. Better than we expected for sure. We’re gonna try Brunch Room Bistro in Forney soon, you should check them out.
Hey also I meant to say I haven’t been to the common table because the food looks soooo basic and I refuse to waste the $. Maybe ppl go for the music idk. But everytime I think abt going I always change my mind.
