Music on Vinyl played on my own TT and Speakers. Phono pream and preamp built by myself using commercial available kits. The idea is to reproduce HI-FI with DIY equipment to find a pleasent sound for your ears.
Here we are in a stormy Friday cloudy and rainy but is not going to interfere our session. Is getting dark early than usual, hope you will enjoy this tune as much I do.
Great sound from a great choice of music 👌 Feels like it's the film score of a fifties film noir 👌I was half expecting the red look to fade to black and white, then a fifties era Harlem Detective to walk into your room! You've outdone yourself my friend, QUALITY! Jim🏴🙂
Is Friday again and with that my jazz session. In the red background Illinois Jacquet is playing so vividly, Harlem Nocturne. Hope you will enjoy this tune tonight.
Nice one Ian. André here makes most of his hifi system parts himself, you should check them out, or ask him about them. He's very much the same as you when it comes to his gear, as in, he makes his own and is very good at it! Check out his "shorts" videos for a taste of his gear👌 Jim🏴🙂
Friday again, perfect to relax and hang with friends and family. Coleman Hawkins and Ben Webster play perfectly for this occasion. Hope you can lay back and enjoy this tune. Cheers from Florida!
Yes! I was adjusting the cartridge, because I found some interesting behavior, my tonearm is string suspended, luckily, the counterweight made help me solve it balancing the lateral weight, thus the stylus is seating vertically without any force pushing the azimuth out.
@@jimsregaturntableshifijukebox yes, bought it in France and shipped to my home, a nightmare, three weeks waiting and reading in french (dont know french) the mail info.
@@jimsregaturntableshifijukebox I will do! So far tested Kitaro and Tracy Chapman so far seems the bass improve. Love the visual effet of a floating cart.
Thank to all my subscriber that support my channel. I went away for few weeks but here I am again, hope you enjoy this song, doesn’t matter if it is night or morning in your place jazz is timeless.
Beautiful, just beautiful 💙. 5am here fits in well! It's a long one, but I listened till the end 👌. I've saved this one in my RU-vid playlist.😉 Jim🏴🙂
@@Rheasound I listen to digital more than vinyl. Most of it is on my Sony phone with headphones . I bought the Sony because it has a headphone socket. 😉
@@jimsregaturntableshifijukebox i am the oposite and no headphones, like the sound filling the room and I dont have any device that reproduce a good digital, like dac or cd just YT. Lol.
@@Rheasound my son is a nurse on shifts and my wife starts work early so for me headphones are a must, think I have around five pairs. I also love the sound of my Audiolab CDQ 8200 cd player. 😉
I will dedicate a space to post jazz from the net. There is a lot of excellent artist and I dont have all the records. Let me know your thought! Artis name in the description.
I bought some surround sound headphones awhile ago. Today i turn on this channel and for a second thought the music was coming from within my own room. Great job recording sound is super crisp on the hifi.
Probably a lot to ask, but it would be really neat if you played entire albums, or edited a bunch of Friday Night Jazz single songs together to make a nice playlist. Thanks, I love the aesthetic!
