Jeg er 61 - har ikke så mange rynker. Men helt ærligt, vi kan jo ikke helt undgå at få rynker - selvfølgelig vil jeg ikke se sur og skuffet ud eller vred osv. Synes også at det er lykkes mig at se mere glad ud med faceyoga, men sker der et eller andet ubehageligt så viser mit ansigt følelserne.
Have you ever read the book Facercise by Carole Maggio? I think you would really like it if you've never read it. She works with a lot of celebrities and stroke victims and people who have face paralysis. She does isolated facial exercises and a lot of what you're doing is very similar to her book. Anyway, I've been doing it since the 80s and I think it's part of why I don't look like I'm 52 years old. Though I haven't done it as religiously as I used to. I need to get back to it. Your video was a real nice thing to see in regards to giving me the motivation to get back to that. And, lady, you work those cheek muscles!
