Such a great video setting out the steps - thank you! Can I ask what grade level you would do this with? For Grade 1/2s would you give them a flower template to scaffold them?
Hi there! Thank you so much :) I think Grade 2 students could handle it for sure! Please feel free to send me any pics via @artlife.melb on Instagram, Kerri
Hi, just watched your other art/music video ART and MUSIC VIDEO: A guided drawing activity by listening to SOUND with Kerri Bevis #artlife - just wondering what the names of the pieces of music were that you used?
Hi there, I used an array of music and sound effects from iMovie and edited them make the track :) This was the same process for the 'bad hair day' one too :)
This is a lovely video. It inspires the imagination in so many ways and leaves it wide open to be utilized with so many different art mediums. I'm shocked there aren't more views. I could literally learn to draw these simple, beautiful bugs and flowers by easily practicing your drawing. Subscribed!
Precious Kerri, I was looking for some basic skills in watercolour, and this has hit the mark. God bless you chickadee. Ry was so right, you are a fabulous teacher. (No didn't make the 5minutes. Lol) Btw. What paint do you use please?
There are so many lessons I received after watching your content that it helps me with abstract painting. hello my friend here, you can watch my abstract work too. Thank you my friend and 😊 😍😍❤❤
This is amazing! I love this so much! Will definitely be using this lesson. Can’t wait to see your other sound art lessons too. Such an important skill to visualise what we hear and think. Love love!
I’m a music teacher and we’re using this video and the other music/art video. Great relation to elements of music and elements of art, and the kids are having fun. My students also say they like your voice.
