Placed machine in defibrillator mode hit analyze so machine Said compress deeper and then it said shock advised shock was given but doctor disagrees think Machine isn’t working at all

What does it means by 1:30+ 1: 00+ 0:30 + on the each indicator light on battery sign . Does it mean each bar is 1 hr ? I saw total of 5 bars indicator for battery.
