Poached eggs do not automatically get hollandaise sauce, Eggs Benedict do, with toasted English muffin, Canadian bacon, hollandaise and a sprinkle of paprika, secondly you do not put a pool of hollandaise on the plate if the guest did want hollandaise, you would spoon a small amount over both eggs, it also looked runny and the colour was totally wrong, I have ran kitchens for the best part of 30 years as a head chef in classical French cuisine, I would fire Natasha after her first shift in my kitchen! 9 guests, eating steak with mashed potatoes, and she couldn't get it out in time together, she is a joke, and her attitude sucks, her plates look basic, drowned in balsamic glaze!
