roma needs a main rallying point or leader. In the past it was totti & de rossi and most recently it was Mourinho. The problem is other than Mourinho, unfortunately very few players have been able to carry that torch as they end up leaving or turn shit. Pellegrini is not really a captain at heart so shouldnt be hated to this extent. Theres too many transfers that the core of the team changes too much making it so there aren't many leaders in this team. You can keep pellegrini as captain while having many leaders on the pitch but we don't really have that. Cristante is not, el sha is a sub, parades is meh, Mancini is passionate so maybe but he's not the long term solution and everyone else is a recent signing or academy player. Dybala can be that rallying point without being captain just look at his arrival in the colleseum but he hasnt been at the club long enough
All we need to do is hold the fort until salemaekers & Enzo le fee is back..... These are essential players to Roma's style of play & Roma ALWAYS tend to lose these kind of players to injurys for some ill-fortuned reasons

Roma fans from different language and counties also blaming on Pelle. And i think most of them is having a high expectation on him. The expectation turns to hate. After i watched the video clip from the Roma official channel about all Pelle's goal again, and i knew that he really loves the club, and also how he reacted after DDR was sacked, i felt so sad about him, and really want to support him. Although his performance really not good in this season, he is our Captain...Sorry for my bad English.

The only ways out of this for him are 1) he improves his form, & 2) he does not improve and we sell him. It is undoubtedly in our best interest to see option #1 happen, and kicking him while he’s down does not help that. And even with option 2, that means we get even less for him when we sell. The only way to help Roma is to be positive with him and hope for the best. You cannot strip him of the captains band. That’s even worse. To be a coach, you have to also be a psychologist.

I honestly think anyone who says Pellegrini out doesn’t watch football or understand it. Players have purple patches, of good and bad form. In order to help him through the bad, he needs the fanbases support. I don’t want a Roma without LOYALTY.
Pelle lifted trophies for us. Given the state of things now, we may not see our club lift another one for a very long time. I am so frustrated that the fanbase is divided over him. Prior to this season, he has been incredible for the past 3 years, it’s wrong to turn on him after a poor 6 or so months.

Mate Zale why has so hate? He earns 300k ( the lowest in team ) he performs still ok even if he has psychological drop cause the fan base. The owner of ASRoma they must admit they made a big mistake to sack Mourinho a manager in the first and second year took the team in two finals , the must be mad to sack him, that I am the owner in January contact him and beg him to come back, then this team are crap need to change almost all players, how things going next year are not even in the Europe league. We should have gone on someone to build something with young players and develop a path for the coming seasons. Mourinho, Allegri are big coaches who give their best when they have the strongest team, something we could never be. No one is making good runs behind the defenders to open space for Dovbyk, no good crosses for him either, no dynamic one twos, looks like our current plan is pass around the back and hope they run at the ball out of possession, and when that doesn't work give it Koné on the edge of the box and pray he scores..
