Such an amazing event!!! You guys have an amazing place with so much talent frequently out on the track it would just be crazy to be there! So dope!!! Keep killing it and making everyone stoked!!!!🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
I’m glad you’re a supporter👍🏼 I love super g as well and the community. No disrespect but compared to Japan we are terrible at driving lol. We don’t even come close to there skill. Some of the best guys also sit on the ground and can still somehow see the track. These guys are all standing and half the field got 0’s
@@MrMattkaminsky yeah dude Japans talent is inspiring! I sit and watch Keiichi Tsuchiya videos and try to learn how it really works and all the different techniques he uses and try to see if I can apply it to rc 🤣 I just get so hyped on drifting man I can watch trains of ae86’s sliding thru Japans mountain runs or tracks for days! The rc community they have out there is just 😮💨😮💨😮💨😮💨😮💨😮💨but that’s what I love people all over the world just shredding it makes everything super exciting and fun! That would be crazy to sit down and send it thru a track that’s straight legendary status! 🛝🛝🛝🛝🛝🛝🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
@@dillonburkes7437 we’ll speak for yourself. Your blind🤣 drifting isn’t all about just getting angle. Just cause you max out angle doesn’t mean you get 100 point run bud
@@MrMattkaminsky proximity too. Bret has better proximity than every single japanese driver. And they run far from 100 point runs. You dont know what your talking about
Well coming from a hard core racing background (Road Racing) and being over 60 yrs old I could never understand whole Drifting thing - something we did on ice in the winter time LOL back in the 70"s and 80"s - BUT Now after seeing this video and I have been racing R/C cars and such for 40 years. This is way Cool! Thank you. for the post.
Looks like slow motion compared to the 1/10 racing I'm used to! Is the surface just really slippery? Is this racing done anywhere other than Super-G Drift?
Where in NY? I'm on Long Island and our FB crawler group meets up weekly averages 10-15 trucks! Also there's a known crew of guys who meet at Ronkonkoma train station parking lot for weekly no prep drags. Can't say I know of any drift spots. Although the abandond go-cart track on rt 25 a is pretty damn fun but not really a great surface
@@anthonysmalawipredators8794 North of the city. we've got a few crawlers but no place to drift that I can find other than going pretty far into jersey.
I'm really struggling with judging. I watched the SOCAL R1 Live feed. I'm seeing lots of runs that are getting zeros. I thought every run is going to earn at least a few 'style' points. But apparently not, and I'm not sure I understand why not. I see guys passing line and angle "gates" and some look perfect others, not so much. If you have one 'bad gate' for both angle and line is that a zero for the run even though all the other 'gates', line and angle, are good?
What happens if the car hits the barrier at its rear? It slows down but is able to maintain the same angle and line throughout the judging box. Will points be deduced under "style"?
@@SuperGDrift thanks for that, i understand the video was done in a hurry but i just wanted to note that it is quite hard to judge between a touch and a crash, i did see some of the cars in the video with perfect score touching the barriers and the cars did move forward by 1 inch the most while still being in the judging box of full points for line, i would like to believe that is an off-line from the car intended trajectory. Perhaps you can make a video that would explain the rules of a crash and a touch to prevent any misunderstanding. Love your work!
If all items are updated, check your sensor cable? Or RELOAD the sensor list on the Futaba Transmitter and we assign it to the screen. If you have RPM and VOLTAGE, you should also have temp
