Well done! And encouraging, I am in the midst of preparing for my first bike packing excursion in over 30 years. Will be starting, like yourself with a simple overnighter to test the gear and systems, then back home. I had planned on wild camping but the idea of a campsite is appealing. I am looking forward to it.

these bikepacking videos are just awesome! I moved to London 1 year ago and am starting to do the same micro-adventures. next weekend is my first backpacking trip with my bike.
