You could not find him guilty. If you found him guilty you are not a functional logical person. There simply wasn't any point where it was beyond reasonable doubt. Whether or not he is innocent or guilty isn't the issue.

When people say bird claws are sharp as razors, it's not a literal statement.... obviously. There are images of Kathy Peterson's scalp that are VIRTUALLY IDENTICAL to all four talons of a large bird claw clenching her scalp. So those laughing at the theory need to explain how any instrument would cause that.
Some observations: 1. Rudolph is a f***ing KING! Intelligent, poised, and was fun to see a bit of aggression at times! 2. The OWL THEORY. My family moved to Raleigh, NC. Every suburban home there has been literally carved out of the wild life of NC. Deer, bear, rabbits, and birds of prey are in the area among the houses. Here in Grosse Pointe, MI (Detroit) we have squirrels & that's it so it's a big difference. You left something crucial out in FAVOR of the OT. There was blood OUTSIDE on their door and along the concrete path in front. Why would there be blood outside? WHY didn't the cops do DNA on that blood? Wasn't it hers? They were hacks in this case because they hated Peterson because he bucked the Republican local religious status quo & he was in the closet. These people are Trumpers and he lived in Europe for a time ffs. Anyway, the owl attacks her and she tries to walk upstairs. Just as in the recent HBO fictional series. The fall and the blood spatter from choking & spitting make sense. The main bit of EVIDENCE is the pattern of her wounds on the top of her head. They fit perfectly as an OWL's talons! "How many owl deaths have we heard of?" Silly question. She wasn't literally killed by the owl, she was just wounded by it. The steps and a heavy couple falls sealed her fate & Michael not doing anything to help her made sure she died. So, he is likely guilty of manslaughter or second degree because he sat there and wiped up blood and waited for her to bleed out. Yes, he needed her money. No, he would not have smashed her head in with a poker but this was too good to be true for the creep. It's like her death was served up to him. He has NPD (we didn't talk about this when she was killed or even when you posted this video. Now, with the Depp/Heard case we hear about it daily. ) So, the OWL THEORY is 99% spot on. The 1% question? Um...it might be a 10% question to be honest. WHAT ABOUT THE STRANGULATION WOUNDS? No one on either side even brings them up! They could not come from the owl attack nor the fall. So these hacks on both sides in Durham (hillbillies in the end, no matter how much money they have) don't even bring up the wounds to her neck & throat. So now what? Kathleen was attacked by an OWL outside as she put the Christmas deer out. Blood on the walk and door handle as she got back in the house. The OWL is gone. She walks to the stairs, up a few & starts to bleed out. She falls back & that accounts for the rest. Liar, liar pants on fire, who couldn't live as he wanted to because he didn't live in New York or LA, saw his opportunity and strangled her to end it. Rudolf assumes the blood outside was from Michael checking on the Emts. Why not ask him? Surely during the course of the many years they worked together he would of asked how blood got outside???
David really lost it when the female DA made a few good points. Butt-hurt much!? Just as guilty as Peterson in my book. Owl...give me a break. The man is a killer. Twice he killed at the bottom of the stairs. Does David have a daughter? What is she was found in that state at the bottom of the stairs...would he believe a owl did that to her while her husband was having affairs with escorts and they were in huge dept and she had over a million dollars in life insurance...give me a break!
My theory How didn’t anybody investigate the murder of George Ratliff? Elizabeth Ratliff’s husband died ACCIDENTLY in the same time that Michael was in the army?????? Elizabeth’s husband death: 1st Elizabeth we’re having an affair which gave birth to one of his daughter (that looks very alike Michaels sons “ eliza’s husband found about it and tried his revenge trough Michael, and somehow he murdered Eliza’s husband and then with his guilty mind he took care of his kids. 2nd We all know about michael’s secret outmarriage and he tried something with Eliza’s husband , but he didn’t like and threatened to tell everyone about it , and murdered him in a way to look like an accident. Elizabeth’s death 1st she threatened Michael to tell about his affair since she just lost her husband and was alone , and Michael flipped out and murdered her ( a neighbor saw Michael leaving eliza’s house rushing that night 😉 2nd somehow Eliza found out about his husbands death and confronted Michael, the rest I already know. Founded on the bottom of the stairs with an amount of blood (similar to something right) Kathleen’s death 1st when she went to michaels computer around 23h to check the email that her colleague had just sent her, she found out about michael’s emails , etc.. and confronted Michael even threatened to divorce him and he would lost a lot of money , the rest unfortunately u already know 2nd Michael had already plan this kill (since is known that they were having some discussions for the last months) and he wanted to get Kathleen’s money that he would received of her death, and what better way to do it? The way that he 1st got away with murder, he killed her, change his clothes and covered some evidences that would connect him and called the 911 after practicing it.. 911 call she tells that she still breathing, doesn’t mention the amount of blood and says she had an accident that felt down the stairs… when you see your wife there covered in blood you don’t mention that? And you think of na accident? Cmon Michael, you got lucky that you had David as an attorney, and that social medias weren’t so hyped as they are now in the Depp-Amber trial 😅
how can you say the valium wouldnt increase the effect? .07 is almost the legal driving limit. i used to take benzos and drink all the time. the reason i would do it is because you can take single dosage or even half of a dosage and drink a beer or two and get pretty messed up. what is she like 130 or 140lbs? to say the valium wouldnt effect her to the point where she could be at least tipsy is crazy.
I am certain of Peterson’s guilt due to his two 911 calls, in which he has the clear goal of having it recorded as an “accident” and then creating a false time of death ( she’s still breathing in the first call and then dead in the second call a few minutes later). No mention of blood at all even though the scene was drenched in it. And how he changed his story about how long he was outside before he came in etc. you can forget the rest of the evidence. These facts say it all.
There is only one creature in all of creation that could cause such lacerations...V. mongoliensis. Yes, a mongoose/platypus like animal crossbred with a velociraptor, which created these beings of carnal destruction. You can clearly see the different claw patterns as there were 4 limbs to attack: an owl does not have claws on its wings...Peterson wrote a book called the immortal dragon about esoteric /satanic knowledge he gained in the orient after spending time in vietnam a a soldier, etc. It is no coincidence that his friend was killed in the same way in 1985...So its one of two preternatural possibilities...He either becomes the raptor or he summons it somehow as he is cursed...The man looks like he is dead...He got into something he never should have with the contents of the immortal dragon...I suggest reading this book before trying to understand Peterson. We can only claim that a marriage has been truly magical and happy at the end of a marriage and we must not base our judgment on the first day of marriage since it is in the everyday living throughout that a proper evaluation can be made.
