I was just thinking of getting back into ping pong and haven’t played for about 40 years and use to be pretty good. Even as a kid, I had a late start bc I’m Chinese and grew up in a non Chinese neighborhood and avoided stereotypes. But now that I’m older. I don’t care anymore about those what ppl. say as much But this level of ping pong has gotten so crazy and I need to start practicing to even think I’m a good player haha! Hey, but at least i aspire to always be the best and try.
If you haven't tried it already, try watching table tennis matches at a slower speed. It makes it so much more enjoyable seeing how the players position themselves and their paddles while competing. I personally watch at 0.25 playback speed.
His forehand and (two-handed) backhand stroke production are a lot more similar to tennis strokes than other table tennis players are, it's really cool! I wonder if he plays tennis this beautifully too. Even his proficiency with the heavy defensive backhand slice/chop is straight out of the fundamental tennis shots/basic skills handbook
Excellent compilation! No music, great choice of points, not to many replays, short time between the clips. Made me watch it more than once and for sure will watch it again 😊
Hi table tennis enthusiast , you must not miss this informative video, or else you'll regret ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-TB0b6HF7b3M.html
This sport is so cool, but it's always so funny seeing the table take up like 3% of the actual playing space they use. It's less a table with a net and more of a little target they just have to aim for from across the room.
