I have been driving some kind of truck for 24 years. 18 wheelers and now I'm hauling RV Campers. I hope my videos help people and help them have a little more understanding of the Trucking and Transport world. I also have some product reviews. I don't mind answering any questions you might have, so just ask.. Please subscribe, share, like and comment, but please be respectful in the comments
Currently battling a shake and clunk sound in my 2023 Ram 1500 Laramie. Only has 5800 miles on it. Clunk going over bumps at low speeds and a vibration that seems to vary at different speeds. Tires are brand new. Has them balanced multiple times. Alignment is in check. Disappointing
@@mr.tennessee It's apparently a pretty common issue. Lots of guys on the forums reporting the same thing. Of course my dealer says they don't feel anything out of the ordinary when they drive the truck.
Got a job being outside with airplane. I end up getting bronchitis twice being out in the cold at night. I needed a heated jacket this is a for sure buy
Just a warning, my neighbor bought the same Control Panel from Amazon. It would not hold the set temperature at all. Had it set at 300 Degrees. Would climb to 400 then drop to 130 then fire back up again. After looking into it further, the Amazon ones were really hit or miss on being consistent. After replacing the hot rod, auger and fans, he felt defeated and ended up giving me the smoker. I decided to purchase an OEM one directly from Traeger. It works the way it should now. So just food for thought everyone. Goodluck and happy smoking!
@@mr.tennessee what makes that the better option? I would think the dually would be a more stable pull, right now I’ve got a 3/4 ton short bed crew cab Chevy only 50,000 miles I didn’t know if I should upgrade to a dually for a more stable ride or just keep the truck I have now.
@MichaelHuisinga The reason I don't want a daily is cause they are more expensive to run. The dually is more stable in the wind. But you also haul less weight with a dually. You should buy what you want. But I will always try to get a three quarter
I understand that this is an old video, but I hope I can get some help every time I try to put the filter in the bottom part the insides of the filter pop loose and I have to put the o ring and plastic priece back in place but it keep popping back out when I try to install if anyone can help please do
This is beautiful, but on my machine, the probe leads interfere with the box and I can't get it to either come out or slide all the way in. Still, you've given me a head start and shown me what's inside. Thank you!
Use quality olive oil thet have it in spray as well. I wouldnt trust that buttrr stuff. If you want more smoke buy the stainless box at tsc you can fill it with chips or pellests and light it off to smoke. I still get a good smoke out on say a brisket without it. Royal oak makes a charcoal pellet that throws phenominal flavor. 4:20 4:22
You saved me!! I got a similar kit on Amazon and the instructions were horrible!! I only got it installed because of this video!! Thank you so so much!!!
I currently have this issue happening with my 2022 Ram 1500. Thought it was the new tires. Got Toyo open country A/T III. Had the tires balanced multiple times. Had the alignment re-done. Then replaced the tires again through Toyo’s satisfaction guarantee policy. Nothing has fixed the rear shake at 65+ mph. The truck only has 49,000 miles.
Thanks- your video helped my installation. My biggest issue: had to cut upper jaw of clamps back as they were holding the rails too far apart. '24 Ram 2500 Tradesman
Hi again, not that I need it but where did you find the separator cover? I think it might be a good idea to have a spare as well. Not having much luck searching it out.
