Watching this video on a cell phone is one the dumbest choices I've made in my life I could hear the attacks, but otherwise I had to watch the strings wiggling to tell what note it was
I'm sure that you tuned carfully, but most of the low notes sound out of tune. My guess would be that the human ear is not very sensitive to frequencies below app. 40 Hz (low E) and therefore the brain tries to reconstruct the basic frequency from the harmonics. But harmonics do not follow a temperated tuning but the natural overtone series. So maybe another kind of tuning is necessary for a subcontra bass?
Utterly useless to go below a low B with such an instrument. No stable tone. Notes are barely distinguishable anyhow. Drowns in the mix. The bass drum does a better job by that punch of it. And if want to go really low for the effect use a bass synth or a good octaver.

If you can get harmonics to ring out even a little bit on that beast of a top string you can tune it to the string below it which your tuner can interpret. Or just use the harmonic at the 12th fret to tune each string that’s being difficult for the tuner.
I have my bass actually in this weird-ass tuning sorta similar to yours - however it's tuned in intervals of 7 semitones. I had to tune my G string to an A so that the notes were still in the range of human hearing, as it went down to an F0 (it's a 5-string). it's way too fun to play around with, you should seriously try it: FCGDA
As much as I tried, I could NOT find any Ukulele like the one you played. The most similar I found was an eletric fretless bass-ukulele, but not a single fretless regular baritone ukulele, eletric or not. Where can I find that?
Excellent experiment. Keep in mind. The bass notes you produce are longer in frequency than the room you are in. I owned a Bag end P.a. system that could go down to 8 hz. That was very impressive. But it is very specific. You need to have a band who is aware of it and can take advantage of it. Keep at it. You are on the right way. Now create your own bass. Based on what you learned here. Raise the low strings. Think of the ellipse it needs.
Tip to improve tuning below 20Hz: (for experts): connect the pickup output to a digital oscilloscope and check the output frequency waves or better with FFT analysis. Congratulations for having the courage to experiment.
