Hi I saw your video and its very helpful but I have a use case and I stuck in that instead of creating PowerShell script I want to run SSH command using flow so I create SSH script in SSH folder in service now I follow all your step. but I am not getting the response in ecc_queue table I think the issue is in the payload this is the pay load data which I am sending "var value = "SSH .\\scripts\\SSH\\searchUnixAccount.sh " + fd_data.subflow_inputs.user_id; return '<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><parameters><parameter name="name" value="' + value + '"/><parameter name="skip_sensor" value="true"/></parameters>';" I think there is something wrong with this "SSH .\\scripts\\SSH\\searchUnixAccount.sh "in your video you call PowerShell script in payload. So can you please help how can I call the SSH script
I keep getting the error "Failed to upload video: Unsupported file type." It is however an mp4 as in your example. Any advice perhaps? EDIT: I ended up just embedding from the SharePoint
I'm triggering the notification for the assignment group but it is showing error logs. I.e. for all providers 'notification name' do not have any associated common content or peovider content or default content for the provider chat notification peovider, this provider will not be initialized. I have set the content and it is working fine if the notification is sent to individual user. Any solution to this?

I have question on Templates when added the templates in service operation workspace createing incident & apply the templates but unable to auto populates few fields like state,worknotes ,assigned to ,Can you suggest how to resolve it
I am able to set the state, worknotes and assigned to fields in a template and then apply that template to a new incident record? Are you admin? If not, it's possible that those fields are restricted from being in a template with ACLs
You can add fiscal calendars to all global tables in the entire instance by creating only 3 records in the calendars_for_package table. This will apply to custom tables as well and any table in the global scope. Calendar: Fiscal Year Package: Global Calendar: Fiscal Quarter Package: Global Calendar: Fiscal Month Package: Global

Funny, I've mentioned the same thing on some forums and got responses like this is stupidest idea that's ever been proposed. In most of platforms, this is standard functionality, it's a shame it is missing in SN.

Found this really helpful however i have an issue i am wondering you can help with.. when i click on the visualization it does populate the widget data grid as expected but not with all the records. For example, if i have 150 requested items and i click on "view all" for example, it will only show me like 50 in the list. I am unable to work out why it is not showing the full 150.
I really like that. I must admit that I would prefer that it would be possible to also view the responses on the HR Task directly (in the workspace). I'm actually planning to create a UI Action to view the responses in the workspace.
I'm working for a client where they want their SOW updated. However, when I duplicated the SOW and made a variant, it didn't copy over the Announcements, Upcoming Tasks, Quick Links, or Recently viewed. For you, it looks like it worked. I'm curious, do you think scope has something to do with this? I didn't do it in the Incident management scope your in. I believe I made a variant from Service Operations Workspace Core. Thanks! *EDIT: No difference in scope. They must have changed something between Tokyo and Vancouver. Not everything copies over now.

@@leeyongzeng7800 What I ended up doing is unassociating the upcoming tasks, quick links, and recently viewed from the OOB overview page and associating them to my variant. I can't exactly remember how I did that though. It wasn't hard, but there's so much to the UI builder and it's so convoluted, it's hard to remember the ins and outs of everything.
Great video! Another option to find the right button is use the browser's inspector. The sys_id appears in the html of the button, in the case I reviewed it was component_name="node2_32CHARSYSIDHERE".

Heyy! I want to create a Cancel incident button in Sow . When clicked it should me a pop up to fill the cancellation reason in the pop up itself. I tried with ui action but no luck. And i am not able to find proper way to do this., i think it can be done by UXF client actions , which is already there OOB for resolve incident. Can you help me on that please?

That is if incident priority has been changed , and when I open service portal directly, it should show me a notification for the priority change in the portal. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
