Absolutely one of my favorite songs from Cats. My brother-in-law is involved in theatre and both times they did Cats they had an amazing Grizabella (it was also by far one of their most popular productions, with every show, even the Thursday evening opening night, selling out, and the hand made, including some by me, leg warmers, arm warmers and tails that at one point were made for other productions to sell as fundraisers). Only reason they didn't do it a third time is that there was either a revival on Broadway or the touring company was in the area

How did she let it get to her head? She rejected the Broadway run because she was never guaranteed to be in it and X Factor needed an answer. She went with what was officially offered to her, not the one that was still being debated. ALW himself confirmed that Broadway producers didn't want her and he had to try to convince them.
I‘ve recently fallen in love with CATS (after having seen it in Vienna 2 weeks ago), and have been binge-watching different versions of Memory since then. This is by far the best version I have heard! Nicole Scherzinger is an amazing singer and I am so glad I‘ve come across this video. Really inspires me to work much harder on this song in my choir where I‘m the soloist for Memory...

Jesus. Nicole's version made tears fall that was unbelievable. I'm glad I'm watching this in bed so no one can see me lol. She's so under rated. World class performance that.
This is so emotional and beautiful. I can feel the pain from this version. Unlike Leona and Jhud, I'm not offended them. Their sound are great. But it didn't make me goosebumps and teary eyed like this version.
