We are about all things that empower mountain biking, and hope that maybe just one of our vids encourages someone somewhere to jump on a bike and ride. The love goes both ways, throwing ourselves into mountain biking has made us stronger, and we have been too many great locations for our adrenaline hit.
We're about traveling/adventuring around finding car camping spots. We're hoping to share our adventures with everyone and share the good times of mountain biking as well as some of our knowledge in different areas. Amanda's a Physio and Dave never shuts up.

5:00 I suspect this can be grease from the headset, if so it's no wonder the cleaner can't get that off easily. but a degreaser would. but you can try to add more bike cleaner there and repeat the process.
I recommend to get the rest of the brushes. The small brush with stiff bristles is nice for cleaning the grips. The big brush is perfect for the frame and works well on tyres too. the egg shaped brush is nice for the hub. For cleaning the chain I recommend Finish Line Grunge Brush, White Lightning also has a similar brush, you can swap the bristles when they wear out, my finish line Grunge brush has been used for over 7 years now, maybe I can use it one more year maybe 2 before I have to swap the bristles, I have a sett of spare bristles.
2:39 actually you should be able to turn it to do a spread. I have it, but also I have the 5L concentrate, and 25L exist too if you have room for it that's nice. You can dilute it how you want it. There is also a 5L ready to use version, it's cheap but you get less, I recommend to get the 5L or 25L concentrate. The 25L is best value. slightly higher price, but much more.
Excellent review. I like that you put them on and showcased it well. But some measurements would be nice. I don't think any of these pads are for me, I am looking for something that covers whole leg or knee + shin pad that does, and is breathable, so far I've not found any solution. Currently I use POC VPD 2.0 long kneepad + shin pads, DH elbow, but they are like a sauna, I am soaked in sweat and warm. But they have excellent coverage and protection.

Hello! This helmet fox proframe it's really lightweight and comfortable for pedaling to long distances ?, I practice adventure mountainbike and need a new fullface ,, I have a bell super 3r mips, but I don't like it, not is comfortable for me
The pre-conformed shape is everything. Had a couple pads they are like the G-form and they're garbage! Best pads, the ones I have now, are Endura MT500 Hardshell, Absolutely the best out there.
I've been using a Bell Sanction for 2 years. I ride very often, more than anyone I know, and I find it to be very comfortable.. even on 8 hour riding days. I do not have any painful spots or over heating issues. AND I am a bit sized down (I'm between a M and L and have the Medium). Some do come with quick release clips as mine does rather than the D-rings, not sure if they make both version each year. Eventually, I may "upgrade" to a different helmet but it would be only for aesthetic reasons. There are certainly helmets that look better. In all. it is a great helmet, especially for the cost. The non-removable pads have not been a issue for me, there are no unpleasant odors. I highly recommend it.
Wow Amanda flew like a bird... Insane and awesome how you help each other and run through it. What great HUMANS cleaning up the car park, if more people would only leave our beautiful country how they found it or in your case make the effort to clean up after obnoxious people.
