My internet speed is 300 download and 150 upload speed and my ping is 8 I'm getting huge fps stutters and wifi icon in Fortnite I disabled some of the network protection and antivirus protection on windows it greatly improved my lag and performance. I think windows antivirus and network protection sucks for online gaming because I don't get fps dips and stutters in offline games.

If I wanted to go with the second option being the one with the 4800gpu is it okay to substitute that gpu with my current 3070 or would it not really be worth? I can save 999 doing that. Or do you think it’s best to get a different option that you posted? Please give me feedback.

I followed this tutorial to optimize my game's FPS and visibility and received a permanent ban from Activision for manipulating game files. Activision considers this a serious infraction. Please avoid making these changes to prevent similar consequences.
If you disable the overlay you cannot use the social features like partying up with friends and sending them invites.. you need to have that enabled. Terrible design choice by the developers IMO

@SenseQuality Is an open Nat Type safe on pc as long as i have router security my isp updated my security. Also i have an option for advanced or dynamic Qos. Advanced slowed my speeds a lot. Dynamic was recommended but i dont have a netduma. Also my biggest issue is i keep getting only 60mbps on the powerline adapter wired. i get 300 on wifi. so i got rid of my powerline and a direct connection it maxs out still at only 300mbps. why am i not get 1gbps like im supposed to my cord is a cat 6 10gbps cord. and cat 7. if you can post a video soon of actually going into the routerlogin and configuring the settings for cod for a normal router i would greatly appreciate it. i dont have a gaming router but i have all the options u mentioned like qos and that stuff so i need to know how to apply it the correct way, my isp has no clue. Im afraid to have upnp and open nat i dont want to be vulnerable

My worst problem is when I shoot I hit them so many times and it could be almost half a mcw clip or more and then im just dead I can see and feel the delay difference but im on a i7 4070 ddr5 and overclocked controller. That shouldn’t be happening so it’s 200% my internet. If secure Nat is doing that alone that’s crazy. I assume it’s more about having all the correct router settings down to a T. If I get killed by someone “just Better” I tip my hat. But sometimes I have the jump on somebody ik im supposed to win that gunfight and I get jitters and lose it
Well those tip helped me cuz the game was thinking that my cpu was having 9 cores wich is false i have 8 core and the windows setting that made gpu acceleration was on too so i set it off and restart my pc. Now i dont have stutter anymore i can finally enjoy my 185 fps average on max setting with some option disable cuz they consumme too much for the less detail they gave. Thx
Which router do u have and are you using a powerline adapter or just an Ethernet cable? All I know is I had this problem because I had a powerline adapter. Also if u are wired it’s gotta be from the router to the device no matter how long the cord. Turn off QoS. And configure router settings. Also put a pin in the router and factory reset it and call your isp make sure your security is up to date. These steps got my download from 1mbps to 1gbps
@SENSEQUALITY is changing the qos and fowarding ports enough or do i need a gaming router. Multiplayer ranked play packet loss and high latency. diamond every millisecond matters, also ranked puts u in far servers

@KIRNEILL-SENSEQUALITY can you show us how to turn on qos and how to port foward correctly in a video please? Router vs Firewall. Some set a firewall rule with ports. Others do it on the router.
You can do it on both to be sure but either one is fine. I do mine on the firewall UDP and TCP for both inbound and outbound rules and I have open Nat on PC Warzone. Only thing with router port forwarding is not being able to port forward multiple devices that share the same port i.e PS5 Warzone and PC Warzone share some ports in common so having all ports forwarded isn't possible because of the static IP and port conflict from my experience with the xr1000 router. So for PC stuff just do the firewall it's a easy copy and paste and it's on the device your using
@@bkid1776 Yeah just the firewall for the ports. It's only opening the ports to the game nothing else. For the console feel free to port forward that on the router so you can have both port forwarded. Activision will disable any apps or not boot with apps that interfere with it such as Wireshark etc for region searching dumaOS routers can do this with geo filter on console and PC this can sort that out for you. You can do port forwarding on the router but if you have ports that are needed by 2 devices that use the same port it isn't possible from what I've tried with PS5 and PC. Port forwarding only allows you to communicate openly with servers not dictate what servers you connect too so a router with that functionality will help but in most cases you'll always connect to the best server in your location unless your partied with someone across the country and it pulls either way with the pings. upnp is 98% of the time fine for console gaming anyways.
should you apply qos to upload as well? I have a XR500 and some outdoor ring cams that upload throughout the day so I was wondering it I should apply qos to upload, maybe like 97-99? I have 580 down with 24 up and 95% qos on download. thanks
@@KIRNEILLQoS on netgear router I have completely ruined my speeds on my network powerline. It is supposed to run at 1gbps. I did the advanced qos on my R7000 router and I chose my pc as the highest priority. Now my powerline is running at 1mb at most. Be careful with Qos unless u really know what your doing bc idk how to reverse it now. And also sensequality has a Netduma so his QoS is different then my qos. I have a choice of advanced and dynamic. Idk what to do now

There is so much dogshit information in this video. A "gateway" is not a Modem/Router combo. A gateway is a generic term for the next hop in the route. EVERY network, every device has a gateway. That's how traffic makes it to the next route. UPnP is a major security vulnerability. Do not enable this by default. Instead, use port forwarding and lock your PC/Console to an internal address, so the port forwards are always in effect. Your upload bandwidth does not matter as much as you think it does. I could have a 1mbps upload, but a really short path to the server and still have low latency. Inversely, I could have a 500Mbps upload and have a really janky route to the server and have high latency. Latency is not relevant to the allowed upload speed. Coax networks work off DOCIS. An outdated protocol that was designed for cable TV, so upload is restricted by the technology. That's why Cable Companies cannot offer high uploads. It's not scammy. It's a limitation of the technology. Hidden latency is just not a thing. Packets have time stamps and the server will process according to the time stamp. You can't "deliver your packets first". QoS typically introduces latency as the router is needlessly interacting with the packets. You do not understand networking. You are a snake oil salesman. I hope no one buys your services, but unfortunately, there's a lot of morons out there.
Can you please do a video on how to delete all the battlenet cache files we dont need like battlenet folder move the game to a good location. and delete blizzard entertainment and battlenet folder, idx files. etc to stop crashing. @SENSEQUALITY

@SenseQuality is it allowed to use gearup game booster or exitlag to help packet loss and latency while reducing ping? I play mw3 and the lag is terrible I see people saying use it to help with lagging but i wanna make sure it’s allowed and its not against the rules. Can u please reply and let me know. Thank you
