LOL Bar spins are one of the easiest tricks. If you can't learn to bar spin on your own, you probably shouldn't even try BMXing. I was in elementary and just saw people do bar spins and then figured it out. I mean literally, you just spin the bars in a circle lol. Throw, reach, on back wheel, bunny, whatever, the bars go in a circle and your hand makes it go in a circle. Seriously it's not hard at all. It's not an intermediate trick, it's a beginner trick. If you know how to ride a bike, use your brain, and use your hand to spin the bars in a circle LOL, it's a beginner trick. The only thing I will say is, it's better to learn by reaching than full throwing. Master reaching before throwing. Or at least bussing instead of throwing at all. Definitely don't do that on your back beginners. You're gonna get smashed in your face by the bars lol.
This is the first kid I saw you give a bike to who was so so so happy the happiness he had was great good job and what a perfect choice for the bike good job Spence
It’s funny to because I know some people when they see Spence they probably think like who is this poser then he just shreds and the whole park claps are gosh wow 😂😂😂
Had my Z Coaster for 6+ years. Was Not sure about at 1st…. Then tried other brands, and quickly realised what i was seeking, was what the Z already did exceptionally well. I also find running it dry help hear the cassette mode for setting up for certain pedal pressure moves. It’s never let me down. Ultra reliable-therefore i now consider it being well worth the pricier upfront outlay. 🫡 Profile
Spencer, I miss you. You haven't posted since just before my mom passed back in July. I hope you're doing alright. This is officially the longest day of this daily upload channel (at least that I can recall).
