These guys are as tough as they come, their training is brutal, and they use live rounds in their training exercises! particularly the Special Operations Forces, they get sent anywhere in the world, be it in extreme heat or extreme cold, at a moment's notice. I recommend watching a video where there are 8 or so of them with some Syrian soldiers being attacked by 200 terrorists, the Syrians ran away and left the Russian special forces team to fight them off themselves.
