looks great but i would have added an emtrance to an underground bunker to provide safety and resources for the coming space alien invasion... there will be a battle to save earth in the near future
This build is amazing, the quality is fantastic. I'm also impressed by the quality of the video though. There was nothing unclear, everything made perfect sense. Whatever you are charging, you're worth every penny. I hope they use this every night, lol.
Thanks you so much for your beautiful words and support, it really means a lot to me. Unfortunately most of the clients underestimates the amount of work I put in my oven projects don’t understand the importance of the process I carefully follow building this ovens. They mostly think that it’s just laying bricks and tiles.
bro built a pizza bunker instead of pizza oven... reinforeced concrete for real? what are you planning to do with that shit? nuclear weapon testing🤣. i think is an overkill kill but is beatifoul thoug. i cant avoid noticing the amout of "know how" in this , very specialized tools and techniques... this guys dont make mistakes
Thanks. I just followed the directions given by the fire brick company. I used reinforced concrete because the heat over the time starts cracking the slab. That’s why I actually crated crack control lines. By the way I love overkilling when I build stuff. Thanks again
Are you kidding me? I used 2” thick calcium silicate boards under the floor tiles which is known as the best insulation material for brick ovens. Plus I added one inch thick refractory castable at the top of these boards before installing the floor tiles.
Congratulations! Great precision job! Another opinion: I strongly believe that you should have provided thermal insulation to oven’s floor too. I can ensure you that there must be important heat losses from the floor which is an important component of oven’s performance. Thank you again.
Great job, and thank you. I have two comments: 1. The first row of firebricks didn’t need to be as high as the length of the bricks: the reason being that the top of the oven would be too high; 2. I think that the thickness of oven’s floor should have been the same as its vault which is as the width of the bricks (probably 125 mm). I don’t think that there’s any reason to make it thinner. This is my opinion. Thank you again.
when you pour a reinforced concrete floor slab, you don't need any steel inside, you need 2 pieces of reinforcing steel to pull and push it. whoever made the slab had no idea.
You didn't give info on how much thinner to use, plus it has to be oil based thinner oil, water based thinner for water based paint. You also didn't tell anyone how to determine how much thinner to use in order to get the right viscosity. Badd video.
