When you say ''Skilled tyre man'' you need look at his skin colour because only a short while ago most americans would not have them in their shop to spend their money.
For safety wise, technician didnt wear hard head, ear plugs. No recommended OTR tyre handling machine. Technician himself working under suspended load. No solid barrier done. No designed station for others from line of fire. Anyway, job done safely. Great job out there.
Seems like every third world country does not care about workers safety or working with dangerous material with no approved breathing equipment. While working at the old Whitman’s Chocolate plant back in the 1980's the VP in charge of the lab & quality control ask us to wear dust mask because the small room that they used compressed air to blow fine sugar Froma 20' high tank had a pin hole leak that could not be fixed until that weekend. Asked him why would you need to wear a mask for clean edible sugar. He told me that fine sugar dust is bad for your lungs.
I worked at a gold mine for 13 years.....after increasing equipment size we eventually got up to the 777s and then the 789s......we had a dedicated tire truck and I have seen them changed many times
Looks like more junk exported from USA. When they are done using their heavy equipment and it’s run down so much that no body in their right mind would buy it as a soused vehicle they sell to a broker which sells it to these lower developed nations for 80% of the cost of a new unit. They fully well know they cannot pay up so they put them on a 20 year payment plan. That will cost 5 times the amount of a new truck in most cases. It’s a really devious way to scrapping your garbage.

seems a small roller might be a quicker way to apply the mounting grease. that tire inflation cage is one of the least expensive i've ever seen. looks safe to me.
