This is a sneaky end a round your constitutional right to face your accuser, it assumes your guilty, thus doing another end around of your right to defend yourself and the basic right that you are innocent until proven guilty. Maybe they should just call it the “ end around law” or the backwards law or better yet “ the No Chance Law”! With this , you are guilty without the right to prove your innocents, they seize a lawfully owned firearm without you having any chance to prevent it, you do not get the right to question your accuser’s and their motives, you are forced to undergo unwanted medical and psychological examination, you lose your right to appeal, and ultimately, you lose the right to defend yourself, your home and your possessions as the u.s.constitution allows. Thank you for this video. Media personnel and politicians continuously use the term 'assault weapon,' though nobody can agree clearly how to define what one is. The last ban "assault weapons" was removed in 2004, but those who wish to create a nation of victims keep pushing it. More people die nationally from medical malpractice and auto accidents, but they don't want to ban doctors or automobiles.
One thing that you forgot to mention, is that like many laws that are created with the best of intent, they almost always, always get abused. Think about the Rico laws and how they’re being abused in the case of Donald Trump. They were supposed to only be used for organized crime and now they’re being applied or implied against innocent people not of that class.
