You need to stop because your bird thinks it a another bird so he won’t stop and probably break his beak or the mirror and btw that make him hormonal so that why he’ll get mad and start to attack so all I’m saying is to make him stop doing that
What you've heard re: the concern about mirrors was people referring to putting them in cages, especially if the bird is spending most of their time in their cage. My birds are both out with me the majority of the day so him playing with his reflection for a minute or two isn't going to cause hormonal issues. This minute I filmed was the only time he's done it in the past week since I moved into this place. Also, their beaks are incredibly sturdy, they cannot be damaged by tapping them by their own force--otherwise these guys would not lost long in the wild...😅
Hahaha he only really says "I love you," "I love you too/more," and "baby boy" so most of what he says is a garbled combo of some or all of those words 😅
Mine liked to climb in the back of my shirt and pin himself between my bra strap and my back like he was in a little birdie papoose. I would spend the day cleaning with my birdie on my back.
What is this preening technique?!? Ahahahaha that tail hold at the start was just too muchhhh 🩵💙🩵🥰 Side note, have you had any of your vids start getting a strange amount of views again recently? 😂😂
Sometimes he holds his tail feathers out like that and just stares into space like he forgot he was supposed to be preening 😂 No more crazy algorithm pushes, no! My vids normally get like a few thousand views from fellow parrot lovers and then there's just that one random vid at half a million, just the usual internet weirdness, I suppose... 😅
