You move your business where the cheap labour is. His business was pimping and unfortunately Romania has too many gorgeous, very young girls willing to sell themselves, or an online version of themselves for easy money. The fact that it has one of the fastest Internet in Europe and most of the $$ he makes comes from online, the fact that it's relatively cheap to live even a lavish lifestyle and is very safe compared to the Western countries didn't hurt either, BUT they were here to make money on the backs of young girls... and they did make millions. He only relaxed with the pimping of young girls when he discovered he could make WAY WAY more money by pimping millions of young boys that were working for free, spreading his clips everywhere, or paying him monthly😮.
