I represent members of the community that have been accused of committing a crime. I was a Maricopa County prosecutor for many years and that experience gives me insight in helping my clients receive the best possible outcome.

JUST 2-1/2 mins into your vid you say that SIMPLY having 'suspicion' that a person MIGHT be up to something is justification-enough to stop a person and even frisk that person. WRONG! ..while that MAY be permissible within a prison, that is NOT how law enforcement in a FREE SOCIETY is allowed to operate.
Are you a lawyer in the field? Cause otherwise I'd almost be worried about anyone who talks prices of arguing a DUI enough to have a "typical" response on hand. XD
Reasoable suspicion is an objective ananylsis....articulable FACTS mixed with rational inferences that would cause a reasonable person to believe that a particular crime in or has been commited by that person
Ek wil weet wat is die regte prosediers om te neem voor jy a kid mag verwyder vr sexsiale abuse sonder a mediese dokters verslag sonder a saak nom of a polsie ofesie.
Reasonable suspicion seems to be enough to arrest someone on mental health grounds (no crime required, maybe just a phone call) Note the few rights to a lawyer in "civil" cases like this. Plus hospital costs accrue.
@KatyYoder-cq1kc 2 days ago Cease and desist all malicious use of AI, death threats, rape by lesbians et al., 24/7 harassment and physical abuse: global supremacists, terrorists, communists. I am not your property. My house was broken into, I was given chemicals 3 years ago that caused brain damage and my children and pets were also given chemicals that re-engineered our systems - this was without consent and is an international attack. Please report at the highest level of government and security
Most attorneys advise don't start reaching around for documents until asked because if you do as this atty advises, it will raise the cop's suspicion that maybe you are reaching around for a weapon. Know where your documents are and reach for them only when the officer requests them.
What if your detained in handcuffs? And they don’t even tell you why they’re handcuffing you or why they’re detaining you I was in a swat raid a guy that had a complaint warrant and probably cause I happen to be walking to buy purse when they made entry I thought it was two gunshots and I thought the guy was being robbed. I hid behind a bedroom door because I thought there was an active shooter in the house and it turned out to be police. The guy that I was buying a purse off of had a complaint warrant, and probably cause, they searched me two times they put me in handcuffs, entertain me for three hours and later found out it was flashbacks not gunshots. It was an awful experience to be in a no knock warrant. The cops treated me like a criminal and I have no criminal history at all never been arrested before my life and I’m 52 years old. This was extremely devastating on my mind because when the cops went behind the door, they wrapped it took AK-47s on my eye and face, and the cop got stunned, and he held the gun there for a little bit on my eye and then said hands up on me and cut handcuffs. They never told me anything that they were cops or nothing. They did find drugs in the house meth and I had nothing to do with it. I didn’t even know the guy had drugs in the house cause I had just met him to buy a purse. He was selling online.
I seen this video is 6 years old. The laws haven't changed since, so I believe this guy is wrong on two different issues. Suspicion, or not under Brown v Texas cops aren't allowed to stop you when seen in a high crime area. Also intoxicated or not you have the right not to take a field sobriety test. These test are designed to fail you, and you also have the right not to incriminate yourself. This guy could never be my lawyer.
For starters, Stop and frisk goes against the constitution ! Secondly, is reasonably suspicion a misdemeanor or a felony? Lastly, stop trying to prime the public to accept unconstitutional behavior
I dont even drink and couldnt pass the test they give😂. Since I have a bad neck, back, legs and wear glasses, can someone just refuse to take them tests? I know I would fail every time I take it no matter what time of the day or night. I have never been in that situation, so I dont know what would happen if I refuse. If they could draw blood from the side of the road I would let them test that too😂.
Ok. Soooo please answer. When a cop stops you either on a stop and talk or shows up because of a “call” is suspicious enough to force an id cookie? (They constantly are asking for it like it’s a treat.) A traffic stop is a whole Nother animal. Your driving, when you get your id your required to provide id for the traffic stop. Suspicious isn’t a crime.
The real problem is mow that charge is on your arrest record (rap sheet) and it DOES NOT COME OFF NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO EVEN IF THE CHARGES ARE DROPPED
What happens when the officer was harassing you by following you for sometime blinding you with his HID LED headlamps and just plain lies by saying that he smells alcohol on your breath only to later state In his report that alcohol was not smelled on my breath.?
I have a married couple stalking me for over 10 years. Their friends stalk my RU-vid , Facebook..etc. They will stalk this message as well. To try and block your information. Enough is enough. Do you handle stalking?. Thank you! Also phone and computer tampering.
Use Rule ten to protect your rights (2) Motion in Limine, (3) Motion to Sequester Jury The more experience you have, the more experience you have. Do your homework !😂
In the state of Florida if someone had a DUI 20 years ago and got one recently is there any way of getting a business purposes only license or a hardship?
I got arrested for DUI. I was drinking not drunk and I kinda went over the line a few times according to police I refused to speak to him and refused the exercise and only gave him my drivers license. HE TOOK ME TO JAIL ANYWAY . He didn’t have probable cause to me he only had reasonable suspicion I didn’t speak 🗣️ to him. I rolled down window and he said he smelled alcohol. He arrested me illegally.
LMAO, they will just make you get out of the car if you don’t roll the window down. They don’t even need a reason, and can legally do it under Penn v. Mimms. These lawyers crack me up. Notice that none of them tell you what the retainer fee is and how much they get even if you’re found guilty. Lol.
Isn't it illegal to fire someone just for being charged with a crime? Like I know it's illegal to discriminate against them for a not-gilty verdict, so I just assumed it was. Is it illegal to discriminate if they get a hung jury?
Your interpretation of RS is incorrect and will lose in court at the highest levels. You interpret that cops may get RS from merely articulating a series of legal activities (sweating, living in a "high crime" area, looking around quickly). This is nonsense and has already failed many times. You literally need to articulate A CRIME (not your general suspicions) that another reasonable person would also suspect the person of committing. If you can't articulate what crime they may be committing, then you do not have RS
