I have replaced rockes for jakes and shafts and befor just rebuld jake rockers but my jakes feel like its stuck on 2nd stage maybe had valves ran again its like its not closing off
Set your trailer brakes throw her in N and leave the truck breaks released. She shouldn’t shut down Or depending on what truck, set your cruise control to idle up just a tiny bit and it won’t shut off
May be a stupid question but just wondering to anyone that’s tried this. Does it cause any issues or anything noticeable at all to the door? Just wondering if it will cause any warping or anything at all? Awesome idea and would love to try myself but can’t damage my temporary rental day cab
Run an International MV day cab single axle with a 54,700 gvwr that has a 9,500 pound curb weight, and a 48 foot x-lite flatbed with 3 individual slider axles all with lift that is 8,400 pounds empty, 17,900 pounds total combined weight when empty. I can haul loads up to 59,100 pounds when running all 3 axles in 12 foot spread. I'm legal for 77,000 pounds. 45,000 pounds on the 3 trailer axles, 20,000 on rear truck axle, and 12,000 on steer axle.
Throw that vape pen out the window. Vaping is so bad for your health. I'd be willing to bet it has a higher kill rate than tobacco. At least smoking has been around for hundreds of years. People that vape won't last as long as people who smoked back in the 70’s when they were young.
Great Video!! I have been an owner operator since 1996 and at one time I was I running a fleet of 8 Including my own. I have bought numerous trailers and had my own authority. Why did I tell you all this? The Peterbilt you owned was a repo, and repo trucks have bad karma. In 2002 I bought 4 repo refrigerated trailers. These were all 48/102 with the old thermo kings very loud. All these trailers ended up with insane drivers, wrecks, overweight issues. At one point our Insurance was going to be cancelled for too many claims. I called my grand mother in Africa and told her the story, and she said she would find out why all the problems. This is what my Grandma found out from 15,000 miles away. Here is the story. The guy who Initially owned the trailers, had lost his son in a car accident and was paid a good amount of money which he used to start his trucking business. He later started cheating on his wife and they got divorced and his dead son destroyed his Dad’s company from the Amenta. Buying these trailers was very bad judgment on my part m, and I almost lost my company as a result. I thank my grandma as she caught this in time, and fixed it. Stay away from repos. They have terrible karma.
I started my truck driving career in 1996, and I was in a 9 speed. I heard all the drivers taking about this super 10 and super 13, however back then we had no RU-vid, so I never got to see this mythical creature in action. Thank you so much for the video.
