Mike Shinoda always wrote and writes the lyrics and he also composed along with Mr Han and Brad the music. When Chester joined the band they had already their 1st album ready. So Chester only sang ! Don’t get me wrong because I loved him but is not coming back and Mike was always the brains behind the band and if he chose Emily I trust him! Personally, it’s foreign territory for me but I’m cautious to see what they put out and what the changes are. Chester was an advocate of mental health. He was part of soemthing bigger than him. I’m sure there’s an interview out here about what linkin park is to him. How I see it too, it’s that this band is so much bigger than them, and it was to put out music to connect people. For people to not feel alone in the things going on in their life and to be understood. They’re keeping the legacy going for the people. I see it that they’re keeping Chester’s legacy alive too because he especially knew what this band meant for him and how it contributed in some way to him to lived as long as he did.

Perfect wording, Chester was Chester and absolutely amazing, I am glad they are not trying to mimic him, Emily was amazing in Dead Sara and with her vocals and energy she's a amazing fit for the new revamp.
Tatiana, Eugene, Roman, and Vlad. They said years ago don't even bother trying their last names lol. Also, the bassist Eugene does the majority of the band's interviews because he's the one that speaks English the most fluently. Even Tati doesn't feel comfortable with her English sometimes. Though she lives in Los Angeles with an American husband now, so maybe it's getting better lol.
