Wonderful song from Kiss Me Kiss Me Kiss Me album. I remember myself obsessed trying to tape this extended version from the radio. I was overjoyed when I succeeded. GREAT remix by Francois Kevorkian.
I was a Nightclub DJ in Houston TX when this album came out and I was opening my bi-weekly record delivery from Core Music Service and came across this one....I turned it over and reconized Jamie Schember of Burnsville Minnesota, and then became Jamie Chez. I grew up with Jamie since Jr. high school, and I recorded at his studio off Lake Street back when I wrote a Christmas song, He was one confident man, with a good reason. He was Genuine. Miss ya bud!
Thank You for this upload. This is just another excellent example why THE CURE is such a great band. They were NEVER afraid to go there. THey wanted to do Dance music and they did it; THey wanted to do pop music and they did epically. THey wanted to do love songs and they did and what's interesting they don't sound like love songs; Instead of losing their audience over the decades they just grow ever larger. At this point The Cure must have legions and legions of audience followers ALL over the world. They Cured the world many times over.
I'm 59 and contend that they are my generations Beatles. Total experimenting so many different genres and styles. He had the power to successfully craft any type of sing he wanted. He could have easily just churned out all dance or all pop jangles. Incredible
Una extraña faceta de este dueto femenino el cual se dio a conocer con magic carpet ride el cual se convirtió en un hit en el club, no sabía q estás chicas también cantaban pop ya q no se supo más de ellas
Romina dedicated this awesome freestyle failure to Joan Collins, but it’s pretty clear that Joan had the last laugh here. Ms. Daniel’s fainting performance was way more dramatic
