My lifelong love of "spider" convertibles were the inspiration for my channel name. But I'm just a dude that stays in my lane and buy what I like, regardless of brand, genre, age, or popularity. I usually collect from 1/64 scale to 1/43. I even do a little customizing.

@@spidersdiecast looks great. For a Mercedes lol. Hey. I took 3 Mercedes of a 4 door model and cut them in the right places and joined them together and made a stretched. Limo. It didn't come out perfect but good enough for me. I also took 2 more and cut them in the right places and joined them together and made a medium stretched limo too.
Hehe my daughter made the same observation about the yellow paint looking like a duck bill. :) Still such a beauty, though. I’m looking forward to picking this up in other colors too!
No thsnks Mattel. . I'll use that hundred bucks on M2s and Greenlight and Auto World Especially M2s with extra wheel sets. Lately the Hotwheel pegs have been bare of mainline around here anyway JDMs dont impress me anyway. I have some because in the beginning I was trying to keep up with the joneses but not no more. I buy what i like. If I see something i like in stores I'll get it if I can afford to. That includes wheel donors. I pass over the JDMs now. I use to watch lamely. But I dont no more ✌🏾😎

Everybody's been talking about that Typhoon man, it is pretty nice. Now there's only one thing left for them to do: the Syclone. I’m so happy to hear this - I felt the same way about Lamley’s video - more rarity is NOT the answer. And I agree with you about John’s privileged position. He’s a good source of information, but he’s not an honest critic, he’s a cheerleader. ChampionDJK is more trustworthy.
My friend I agree wholeheartedly. I had kept up with John since he started that little blog back in the day. Funny how a little fame (maybe a little money too) and a few cars change ya. He's a great reporter but dude has become such a flip flopper and an ass kisser. You know, since Mattel and these other brands hook him up directly. Listen, I ain't trying to hate on John; I like his charity work. But sometimes you just gotta call it like you see it. Dave has been a little more tolerable, even though he used to write for Lamley. He's built one hell of a collection himself but he's still him.
Yeah, i totally agree. ChampionDJK is so much more interesting these days. He has a much broader approach to collecting, trying obscure brands, going for premium or cheap models, even venturing into different scales from time to time, while always giving an honest opinion. I don't agree with everything, but i see his point. John Lambert has sadly lost that honesty a while ago, at least when it comes to Hot Wheels. He repeats whatever the designers tell him, even when it is obviously BS. He is still a good source for sneak peeks, at least for Mattel products, and sometimes MiniGT. For everything else, especially that whole RLC crap, his opinion has been off the mark.

Hot collection. Matt black F40 surprised me. I love red Ferraris. But this one looks so fantastic! And again same story with 308. I'm thinking about buying red 308 for some time. Now I'm not sure which I like more 😂

I've never seen any in a store. I picked up an Auto World this week. nothing fancy. Just an ol Chevy wagon. Something I recall seeing at family reunions when I was young. My uncle from Texas always drove a wagon. Mostly a Pontiac with the fancy two way tailgate. You could fold it down or. Swing it out. And it had that electric window back then I thought it was the neatest thing. Lol. Anyway. Ferrari out man. 👍🏾😎

I check every time I stop at D.G. here lately they haven't refilled the pegs. They did put out some new 5 packs and I've picked a few. One 5 pack I picked for one car to put in a trade box. The other 4 I'm gonna give to my grand nephew's. ✌🏾😎
Unfortunately it's not see-through. But I know the TPC brand does it. Two, I can honestly live without the chrome one but it would be nice to have just to complete the Inno F40 collection.
