I have the exact same alternator just got it . Where did you hook up your upgraded power wires too? It’s says negative ground goes to battery to alternator and positive wire battery to alternator. Is there a third ground wire you gotta hook up ?

If you added some speaker gasket tape around the edge of the plastic trim piece that's going along the bottom of that window it won't rattle as much like that. It's right by the lock thing in the middle. That piece of plastic is bouncing off the window.. just a thought
