A totally voluntary long shift is fine up to a certain point yes. But a forced 12hr shift should be considered dangerous there are far too many statistics on this . As people get older it becomes even more of a health liability but i guess the companies we work for consider this acceptable ? While they force us to attend more and more meetings about HOW TO WORK SAFELY 🤒🤕😵‍💫🥺

How about when your leaving for work you hardly see your children and when your getting home they are getting ready for sleep 😢

Why didn't anyone mention how after a typical work week, their first day off they are just trying to catch up on REST ?

But when the employess on the other rotation take vacation, are sick, or quit you have to work extra days, 12 hour shifts suck for the employee!

Go work at the Walmart DC 3 days a week and 10 bucks more per hour
