What if I got alloted 3 no college and I don't want that so mujhe betterment karna cahiye ya Bina betterment k cap 2 k liye eligible honge... I am so confused agar betterment and freeze dono k liye apply nhi kiya toh cap 2 mai apply karne milenga ya nhi
