I really liked the video. It is always interesting who is the person who is filming Ryder on camera. What kind of skating level does he have if he keeps up with the rider and filming at the same time.
Justin Bright is the filmer and he's also an incredibly skilled skater. We were both team riders for Original together for several years back in the day before I started riding for Landyachtz
Your awesome. I dont skate. But ive always wanted too. My kids got boards for easter and now I want to learn with them. I want a long board though, not a skateboard. I love watching you cruise you are very talented! . Thank you
Hello Neena, your videos are very good, watching how you drift with the longboard allows one to learn and put it into practice on the street, skating is the best thing in the world and even more so on a longboard, I continue practicing, I hope one day I can do it like you Greetings from Chile

True, Landyachtz used to make a Switchblade 36 but I'm not sure if they're continuing it because I don't see it sold on their website. I've been using the Hollowtech Switchblade 36 for my long distance races for the past year and loving it.
@@NeenaBeena Thanks for the reply. Glad you enjoy it.😎They have amazing looking boards.I found a few .I have to get one.Landyatchz boards are gorgeous.lol .I told someone overseas to look out for them in the 35 range. Love the video so thanks again.Stay safe💯😊
Great video. I have an Arbor Axis Flagship 37 longboard. It looks beautiful. Great music. I wish I could be like you longboarding at a University. Your technique is amazing. I admire you. I'm just a beginner at this point at age 53.
Hey Neena, how did you learn to do manuals? Did it take a long time and wipeouts? You can do them on different length boards so that tells me it isn't about the board but some kind of counterbalance technique? Teach me pls, its the trick I want to learn the most.
Saved this one.. lol. Felt the stoke. It's a straight up cruising video, added in with the Landyachtz "Chillest day longboarding Ever" vid.. I love that one too.
the video and your dancing is awesome!! Just a quick question: do you recommend to put tail guards on this board? I am considering getting Stratus also but I am a bit worried about the nose/tail of the board will wear off so quickly.
Hey thanks! I don't think the Stratus needs tail guards. I've used mine for a long time and it's really durable. The tails will wear down over time if you do a lot of freestyle but they're long enough to still be functional even if you wear down an inch or two. That said, noseguards could make a good addition to your setup. But I don't think they're necessary
Hi Neena! I am Raphaël and I am from France! I want to say that you look amazing as a rider and that your skills really impressed me! Keep riding so well! Best for you🙂
Amazing man, your style reminds me a lot of the OG skaters like Tony Alva, Stacy Peralta and the Z Boys in general, very classy but rad way of skating! Love it, cruising is the pinnacle and heart of skating, we all fell in love w just being able to ride anywhere.
so 12 months later ... do you recommend this board ?? I have the regular Stratus 46 for a year now ... i wanted to try something fresh .... Either their new Stratus 46 Bayside ... or the HallowTech .... Tell me your Pros and Cons on this board ??? thank you !!!
Yes I definitely recommend the Hollowtech! The lightweight-ness makes it easy to do freestyle tricks and it's also convenient for carrying around. I have also done some long distance rides on it including a 40-mile skate and it's super comfortable for that because it's light which makes it easy to push, but the big platform gives you space to push and move your feet around without having to watch where you step.
@@NeenaBeena Unfort I'm 6ft 2in with size 12 shoe , hahaha.. 45" board still sorta small for cross stepping and dancing but yah hahaha... I didn't know if it was a totally different ride and feel compared to the ' normal' stratus 46 boards....
Thanks for sharing this it looks like so much fun. I have Drop Cat 38 seeker and I’m hoping to try to slide it like you are doing here with the switch blade. This video make me want a switchblade though 😂
The Switchblade is awesome but the Drop Cat is pretty cool too! You can definitely slide that, just make sure you wear a helmet and it also helps to use other safety gear like kneepads and elbow pads. Best of luck
