Pryor's trombone looks smaller
@hunterlocke04
@hunterlocke04 2 месяца назад
Because Pryor’s trombone was extremely small. I forget the actual measurements, but I wrote an entire essay over Pryor and I remember discovering that in my research.

There's only one negative thing to say about this and that is that not enough people got to view it. This was utterly fantastic.

Hey Benjamin, I'm pretty sure you can find a decent quartet arrangement just by googling "Air on a G String trombone quartet". I'm pretty sure that's how I got ahold of this one. If you can't find anything, go to imslp.com and try there. It's a repository of public domain music.

Did you just improvise the second part or is there an actual part? I have the piano part, but it doesn't sound like that.

I'm using a Jo-Ral straight mute with a brass bottom. The corks are pretty big, which is why it may sound less metallic than some other mutes.
