Y'all put way more energy into Tony Khan being a little dorky and promoting his product than Vince McMahon and WWE running a literal sex trafficking op. Says a lot about you.
Haven't posted our conversatons from last week yet, stay tuned. But since you brought you it up, we all know what Vince is, Vince no longer has any pull with WWE and they're better off for it.
They will find the next guy or girl to be the front cover of the company, right now, if I had to guess, the right person isn't a wrestler anymore, it's Triple H. He's rebuilt a brand that was losing focus.
Man, Hard to Kill was so successful. I don't think this would even be a question before Hard to Kill but they are definitely back in the fight with some great momentum.
TNA is a weird fighter that might not win a fight, but they don't lose it either. I'm in the UK and it's a real shame that we can't get TNA anymore, the British seen was always big for TNA and they always sold tickets when they came over.
@@lukegallagher353 Well we do technically have access to TNA, but it is on an obscure subscription channel that isn't worth the money. It was previously on Satellite TV (US version of Cable) on a well-known channel. The only reason I found out it was on was because I was flicking through the channels bored the other day and saw TNA. When it was on its old channel it must have had a decent viewing as every time the TNA came to the UK their tours sold loads of tickets, and probably a few sold out also. I have seen a few interviews where the old TNA Wrestlers said they loved coming to the UK.
I think AEW and TNA have different trajectories as a whole. WWE for the longest time has colored what people perceive pro wrestling is, and it is not...simply put. WWE is a piece of the total pie which is pro wrestling. That said, AEW and TNA have a chance to carve out their own niche and grow their own fanbases in the pro wrestling genre. AEW has the cash, sure. But they still have work to do. TNA has a clearer mission and that new logo is just next level. TNA could benefit from financial backers and AEW could benefit from a writing team and Tony Khan taking a step back to let other people handle things that take up too much of his time or give him bad press (like his Twitter rants).
Put sum RespeK when you speak on Vince he booked million dollar superstars like stone cold, undertaker,Shawn, hulk, hhh, mankind, rock ect what has Tony done??? I'll wait here I'll help you MJF?? What else??? Lol what I thought separate leagues!!! 😂
@@user-tc9uk8pr3b And actually Tony didn't even create the character of MJF. MJF was already killing it on the indies before he got to AEW. TK gets no credit for him.
it has nothing to do with black performers. he was accused of messaging minors sexually explicit material. no one is going to want to touch him with a 10-foot pole. trying to defend a potential pedo is wild a hell.
Kahn is the most entertaining thing in rasslin, by far. Russo & his buddy on Castrating The Marks just decapitating his press scrums & live event shenanigans is absolute platinum
Save his career? Dude is made name, he already all he needed in wrestling. This isn’t some high/mid card wrestler, this is a massive name in wrestling. Yall acting like he still has things to prove when he really doesn’t.
In the ring, yes, CM Punk is one of the greatest. But his backstage antics left a nasty mark on his legacy and whether he was right or wrong, he is currently received as a performer who blackballed himself in the business. Hopefully WWE can help with the new regime
Wrestling is fake. If you skap someone for saying so ir just shows how isexure you are. You cant gamble on pro wrstling because its not a real athletic contest. You throw fake punches, fake fake kicks, you sont ein or lose you're told who the winners and losers will be. Owen hart didnt die bevause wreslting ksnt fake, he died performing a stunt and had a faulty harness. Its almost embarrassing that theres four adult men sitting there using every word other than fake to describe a fake fighr between two men. When injuries happen its either a freak accident or negligence. To act as though every time you step through the curtain bekng life or death is either disingenuous or youre that bad of a wrestler that death is a real possibility. You people are as much of a pro wrestler as my dog.
As a wrestling fan or not if you can't acknowledge wrestlers put their bodies through hell to entertain us you are a POS .. I mean look at folks like Mick Foley he put his body through pure hell to entertain us and suffers for it to this day
