The best version is the original comic. The further the character strays from it the more it stinks. The adaptations that have been best were closest to the source material. Why the show on Netflix would have a modern spin rather than being based on the original stories is beyond me. The book was never meant for kids and any show about samurai that is adapted for kids will be a watered down mess. They would do well to just dive in and make a show that is a pure adaptation.
The only versions I know about is the '87 cartoon and secret of the ooze. I can't comment on if your list is good or not. As you said this is your list. The only opinion that matters is whoever, is making the best of list for whatever.
2003 April is my favorite version of her, i like the way she befriend the guys, they save her, and while she was at first afraid of them, April gave them the chance to be part of her life, becoming a family in the end. I also like 2003 April for her character Development, she went from distress damsel to an action girl, and was very smart she used to work for baxter stockman, not to mention her relationship with Casey, tank god she was never a love interest for the turtles

My favorite is Venus but as the real sister of the four, not as a character to harass. Also because she is an original Ninja Turtle like the others and does not come from a human mutated into a turtle like Jennika or April because that story is not convincing.
