I know this is a 12 year old video, but if there are any survivors out there, the best way to play the SF3 on portable is buy a switch and get the 30th anniversary collection. PSP is dead. Switch is the future.
@reviewtwins1 really? this video was uploaded to help someone on a forum that was having trouble using an emulator. I don't use RU-vid to get views or subscribers, you two clowns however do yet 1 of my videos has more views than all of yours COMBINED!! haha now who needs more views and subs??? u mad?
@nichefiend pal, can you upload or tell what was the first build ? I found the site of Ilbecryne (the author), tested all versions and no-one gets sound :( , PLZ...
@ExtremeBogom I guess it's just the graphic capabilities that are similar as well as when they were released. But of course, arcade systems are easily and quickly replaced and much more powerful than their console counterparts. Like the Dreamcast and NAOMI.
@slikdarelic As I'm sure others have pointed out, it's on the NAOMI. The NAOMI is extremely taxing on even the latest computers and there is no way in hell it would run full speed (or at all) on any device. Ever. Maybe the Cray CX1-iWS. Maybe. But only because MAME runs so slow with NAOMI games.
@ExtremeBogom Not even for CPS3 games? It's funny. DS is supposed to be the equivalent of the N64, but doesn't have enough power to play SNES games. I just figured at least some CPS2 games took less power than SNES ones. But hey. Nothing's perfect. I have yet to port DS games to N64 and vice versa. Hey You Pikachu would have been perfect for a DS remake. And Bomberman 2 DS would work nicely on the N64.
I have an Xbox with a mod chip installed and I head you can run Surreal64 off of a disc. Downloaded it and the roms I wanted and burned it the way several people suggest, but the disc wont boot. Keeps saying that the disc is can't be recognized. Am I missing something? Also, I wanted to try the EvolutionX method, but I can't seem to find EvoX anywhere. Where can I find it and how do I install it?
Just got a PSP yesterday, friend worked it over, and I just today got FinalBurn with SF3:3S. The lag is to be expected but hopefully in the future this will be fixed as well and then gumdrops will rain from the sky.
