Hi everyone, my name is Amy! I'm a travel lover based in Michigan! On this channel you will be able to see all of my adventures around the world & close to home! (All Inclusive Resorts, excursions, travel vlogs, concerts, local events, etc)
I stayed here in March 2022. Fantastic setting, old school beautiful hotel. The staff was fantastic. One of my favorite vacations ever. There were 3 or 4 restaurants in the hotel, all were fantastic.
@ThisBlondeLife: NY, Santiago de Chile, Valdivia by bus, flight to Punta Arenas, bus to Ushuaia, and Christmas in Antarctica. Returning from Antarctica, Ushuaia flying to Buenos Aires then Santiago to stay two more days and returning to NY. A crazy itinerary! Hahaha!
@@mioangel1227 I feel ya! It was def a journey for us to make our way to ushuaia as well! Enjoy your trip and Antarctica! It is amazing and would go again in a heartbeat!
You're welcome! Thanks for watching :) yeah, it was not very fun after a long day of flying! If I ever go back to Panama, i think i'd choose somewhere closer.
Yeah, I figured I'd first get installed and roam around Panama City for a day or two before taking the trip to the resort. I'm not a fan of having to spend hours driving after a flight.
hi! I dont know for sure, I toured many rooms this day, but based on the room name and comparing to their website, I think this would be I1B (Key West One Bedroom Concierge Villa Suite)
Yes, but you will need to walk a min up to the main street to get to it. This resort is behind the Luxury Avenue shopping, so you just have to walk to the front of that building and there is a stop up there
I went last year and liked it. Not too big or packed, many pools/bars and the food wasn't terrible (I am not qualified to grade Mexican food lol). Love the beach and location of the hotel, you can go for long walks in either direction on the beach or on the road. If you are walking the road watch out for iguanas lol. I am going back this year
Just came across this video of yours. I have eaten the sushi at both Kampai and Jade and found the sushi to be average at best. Not that its bad. Ive been eating sushi for the past 50 years and have had it in different countries. My son is also a sushi chef in Las Vegas so we know our sushi. As for eating with chopsticks, its customary to eat with your fingers. I got a laugh out of you two using chopsticks. Have fun in life. I will be back at EDC this September for MAW. Cant wait
Thank you! I liked it, nice location in the hotel zone. I will say, if you are a picky eater, the food options here arent as large as other resorts i've been to. I was always able to find something I liked, but just to note, like the buffet was a little smaller than im used to seeing with not as many options. But overall, we enjoyed our stay!
We were there last June. The hotel lobby is nice. Food is just ok, it doesn't have the wow factor, and selections are limited but you have a few options for different cuisines. I believe it's 4 restos. In-house night activities are fun but I think it's catered to more older demographic (Karaoke, Sinatra, Michael Jackson) The staff is great. The location is good too, walks away from malls and other restaurants. Plenty of pools to choose from. Beach are good if you go there in no seaweed season.

You would have to pay the admission and everything for whichever place they were going to that night. I didn't go on any so I can't speak for how they went about that, but I know they would organize going to one of the clubs for those who wanted to go. I know one night they went to Mandala and another night they went to Coco Bongo
They don't have a nightclub onsite, but they always organized a trip to one of the clubs outside the resort that you could take part in. And nightly entertainment there was always a show + usually some live music.
They had well known brands that I can remember seeing. I drink Bacardi and never had an issue getting that, I would just specify thats the rum I wanted when ordering. I got to a lot of different resorts though so I cant remember exactly what all they had. They start to blend together lol
Hi, the beach is shown in the video around 6:20 in. I was there opening week (June 2023) so its possible they have done some work to improve it since then. But this is what it looked like during my stay.
