listening to long form videos on youtube motivates me out of bed too, sometimes i like to start with a little music first and then gradually work to that. on a side note, after a long day or whenever i need to de-stress i enjoy colouring books. i noticed it has been helping me take my mind off something if i’m feeling really anxious. give it a try ! if anyone is having a rough day know you’re not alone, there is always going to be support for you 💕

I use the Sony ZV E10 for the camera, and I’m also figuring out the rest lmao so if I do make a video on that, it’ll probably be sometime in the future. Good luck though! I would say to stop overthinking and just start (because I know that made me not start for the longest time), do some research, and just have fun with it! And if strive for if your video can keep your own attention span (some parts of my videos kinda fail a bit at that for my own attention span at times because I got too tired with editing and was rushing, so that’s something that I’m working on too, as well as general better editing)

But there is some problem with your channel. Like your channel has no tags, no meta tags on any videos. Hi, I do have tags on all my videos, they’re just naturally hidden to the public because RU-vid hides that section. Not sure I heard of meta tags before though so I’ll look into that. Thanks!

🫶 I don’t really know too much about sleeping pills apart from melatonin pills, but it can probably be done! There might be withdrawls at first, and definitely talk to a doctor about it first if you were prescribed them, but I believe you can do it someday :>

I'm seeing that video at a time where I feel trap in a job that I hate in a city that I hate and I feel like that's a sign. The bad thing is, in my case, I'm doing an internship. I think I'm gonna try for 2 more months and quit (it's supposed to end on july but I will leave in May). You're totally right. Nothing matters more than your mental health. If your mental health is taking a toll, it's time to leave.
