this used to happen back in SSC (I caused it Hehe) it seems to be similar to the item save glitch from portal, it resets everything's collisions to default I think including the ground, so nothing has collisions with anything else, maybe caused by collisions inside the worlds or just source engine bullshit, either way that gas station dupe left them clueless!
