Concernant le thon et le fromage rapé, pour savoir, il faut essayer. ^^ Si vous avez déjà mangé un pizza au thon vous savez que le thon et le fromage, ce n'est pas si bizzare. :)

Hello, thank you for your comment to answer your questions I will answer you this: Firstly you can very well replace the sugar with maple syrup so that your madelaine is less sweet. You can also replace half of the flour with almond powder, I advise you to put 100g of flour and 30g of almond powder or half of each in this case choose a vanilla flavor because the bitter almond flavor will give too strong a taste. Finally what concerns the final result I think that your madelaine will be good but I do not guarantee you 100% the same result as the recipe but normally there should not be any problem and finally to add chopped nuts of course you can very do it well but I still advise you to only add a small quantity in order to keep the madelaine soft.
