This is a great innovation by the Bhutanese in USA. Kudos to Aue Ulap. Hosting and facilitating can be challenging but Aue Ulap Leki is good but can improve further by watching others doing it la. If Aue Ulap also try not to give too many advice but rather acknowledge the circumstance the person has been through or going through and continue with the next softer question (particularly for those sad interviews ). Aue Ulap must also get some psychological help from professional especially after a traumatic session because his mental wellbeing is also important mo la.
