W e have been living here for 40 years and most was farm land It was quiet and hardly no cars. MIT has become to over crowded with cars and people. Our roads need repairs full of pot holes… It has become a zoo

I find this video very informative and appreciate your thorough explanation. I plan to move to Toronto, Canada with my family, which includes 2 adults and a 7-year-old child. I am looking to rent a house, preferably a condo in a gated community with nearby schools, grocery stores, and public transport. My budget is within $2,000. As I will be new to the country, I don't have a specific area in mind, but I prefer not to live in a secluded area. Hi are you referring to a fixed mortgage rate? Remember house prices also tend to increase more when mortgage rates go down. It’s better to buy at a lower house price and depending if you’re renting or owning. Let me know if this helps and reach out if you like to have a chat. Thanks 😊

Garbage and so ridiculously overpriced Isn't it weird that Canada, the second biggest country by land mass, with 1/8th the population of the USA, has these homes you can find in the states for less than $300,000

I'm not a mortgage professional, but ball park idea assume 20% downpayment, for a mortgage loan of $600K would need approx household income $120-$135k, and this depends on many factors such as any debts or loans, type of income, and total debt service ratio which a mortgage agent can calculate and discuss. Thanks for the video however the title is So misleading ...$800,000???? House is listed at $880,000 that is closer to $900,000. That is a big difference.
Funny how people are thinking of moving to Dubai to save on taxes so that they can save money and buy a house sometime later. I got lucky with a home in the Niagara region but I loved living in GTA. Just couldnt buy anything (other than a sq 1 condo!)
That's awesome you have a home in one of the finest regions here! Niagara is quickly developing and you will do very well with the value of your home. Believe it or not, moving back from Dubai was what helped me buy my very first home in the GTA and have friends still doing the same.

In this market you just don't know. After filming the 1st semi-detached house in Clarkson listed for $888,000 recently sold for $980,000 with multiple offers.
@@MariaHomesTeam Good to know. People assume if it is not worth it for them then it's not worth it for everyone. Wrong. In 5 years, you won't find anything under 1.5M in major cities in Canada (except MTL).
@@radio_nowhere agree and in smaller markets outside of the urban centres. There's a large difference in prices. It's really driven by a supply and demand and demographics shifts and population growth.

the peak of the bubble was in February 2022 that's 2 years ago....been in a down market since then...what goes down will go back up. House prices will be higher a year from now.
