3 years later...and I am still very touched by the outpouring of love for this man. What people may not be aware of is that Apostle Phillips and his wife were known for being amazing foster parents and adoptive parents to young boys. He was a dad and fathered all of those young men that have the red ties on and I believe many more. It just goes to show you that blood is not always thicker than water and that the main thing is your ability to love people.
