@@FM-ke4kb i dont understand the question? If your wondering if the voltage is any different, depends if you program into the car that your usjng lto cells ( you can with obd ii)
I did close the boot in another video Ive just finished a new build with 4 subs il be posting shortly! Been busy! This ones unaffected by having the boot open 😄
@@TheDJWavesgot a few pieces , it’s the nostalgia of days gone by my brother. These garms are currency, they bring a group of us together with sounds, tv programmes, smells, house and garage, jungle, a time when people had personalities, before mobile phones and instagram. They are statements. Jeans like this retailed at £175-£200 at the time.
I just got it from my grandpa we used to watch StarWars on this I installed it yesterday with a optic kabel to Xbox it works fine but I want to manage to play all speakers I can only use one option 2 in the back loud 1 front low sub low to mid bass the center is not on hmm I’ll buy this Bluetooth device I’m also wondering if I could use this systems to play my vinyls on ?
Hello good afternoon from Sierra Leone. I've bought one of these bluetooth audio receiver but I'm still not able to connect it to my Logitech Z 5500. Could you show me how to do it ?
This was helpful. I replaced my broken Logitech subwoofer with a new 3000 watt 10 inch subwoofer. The new subwoofer plays a more heavier, cleaner bass and is much better than the Logitech subwoofer. Thanks for the walkthrough.
Hi, I have similar problem, but only difference is that my turn signal just stop and pause and it stays on. Do you think that it is the same problem and I need to change same thing, like you did?
Hey, was thinking of doing this with mine. But i dont know what u mean by sticking with a house bass speaker for games and movies. But for music its better. Can u elaborate on this. Because the subwoofer would still play frequencies upto 125 ot 150hz soo... Would appreciate further info 😊
basically, a subwoofer from a car at 10" will favour outputs of 100hz and below, a midbass speaker will favour 60-80hz up. My honest opinion for the most output in a house system is either going to be a super efficient car sub, or a high quality mid bass speaker The standard sub that comes with the z5500 is a super cheap midbass speaker
@@TheDJWaves so what would be a good replacement. I dont have an option to buy subs or woofers from ebay, amazon or parts express. Locally i can find a lot of car subs. Like pioneers 310d4 or other car subs. But i use my z5500 for music and movies. But also want a slight upgrade in the lows of this system.
@@TBBYRL your not going to get much more from this system in the lows, by the time this system makes it down to 40hz, your lucky to be seeing 30watts of power. That pioneer you mentioned is a really good speaker replacement! The point is just because a car sub should be better, you may prefer the sound of a normal high quality bass speaker instead of the sub - its subjective
i have the same bt adapter, when i connect it the way he does, i only have 2 speakers working, its my first time using this system, the 3 other rca cables are not connected to any input, can someone tell me what im missing?
Hello brother, a question, is it possible to change a 4-inch Logitech subwoofer for one for car audio, what brand do you recommend and what power in rms would be recommended. I would like to give more power and sound to my home theater I liked your video.
I will follow this up, ive been starting a number of projects since.. as for your 4" woofer, you have a logitech system like Mine, which means it has an RMS rating. if yours is 40W for example, just remember your not going to turn it into a monster, the aim here is to put a more efficient driver into the system, to make the most out of those 40w, so you want a better build quality, more sensitivity (in dB) wider frequency response and a speaker that can handle 60 or 80W which will help reduce the speakers fatigue on long playing sessions
ok, thank you very much, I will take your recommendation into account and I would really like to see a video where you make a sound improvement to the 40 w subwoofer
I did a demo of the rcf 915a at guitar center. It was better than all the other top brands .the bass banging it out did the jbl 715 eon and qsc k12 and others. I think you have to get a mixer for these speaker to reacher there true potential as the store seemed to have it hooked to all the best equiptment.
Thanks for the tutorial. Did your wire get caught on the O2 socket? Because it's so crampt in there that when I was tightening it, the wire kept wrapped around and split the black wrap slightly... :( I ended up getting it in there and tightened it a bit. Think it's ok, will see if I get a code again.
I had the car put back to standard, the tuner explained to me that by time you burn a sports cats internals out, youd destroy your turbo from the pops and bangs long before. Standard cats are the ones that get blown apart easy sports cats arent worth the money as your car will never pass an mot legally with them, i tried two years in a row, getting that cat glowing didnt pass.
@@TheDJWaves oh that's interesting, i was thinking about getting one for my s3 8v, I have crackles on mine atm with stock cat, i was gunna get a decat but itd be far too loud as i gave a backbox delete. I think i might be safe with the crackles as i dont do them much anyway, thanks for the response!
Never ceases to amaze me how polarising RC is to the public. Karens from hell or dog walkers who think it's fine to let their dog try to chew your car up....or.... guys who think it's the coolest they've seen and are asking every question they can. Nitro even more so.
Good honest review, refreshing in a world of Talbot and Tomley. I think you missed a few fundamentals though: IMHO, the 8s handles substantially better than the X-maxx, something which is generally true of most Arrmas vs Traxxas. More planted, front wheels stay on the ground more so high speed passes more satisfying, better off-throttle etc etc. High centre of gravity means the X-maxx flips more easily. With the 8s you can go rallying. With the X-maxx it's more about bumbling around having fun. I've had and sold both so I'm brand-agnostic, and totally agree the 8s is too heavy, body and battery clips too much faff, breaks more easily, parts too expensive and so on. That's why the XRT looks so interesting! Anyway, great channel.
Thanks, i did miss a few bits, but i did point these out in a few videos previously, It is a more planted car, but it drains the batteries far faster due to weight, not the most ideal size for every day people
No i didnt, although the mk7 golf does have to ability to be programed for lithium style batteries I will be building a new system on the same batteries this year
Yes it can, but it will play havoc on the cars bus system, might even get a warning light as well as not detailed when you do get a fault, alpine do a replacement unit for these cars straight swap
@@TheDJWaves Okay thank you, I will look into this unit. It says compatible with Dynaudio. I have a Fender system car is North American. So I will ask Alpine if that is compatible.
Are these 912’s better than QSC K12. What’s your take on that. I’m currently shopping for speakers, and I am looking at these RCF’s and the K12’s. Would greatly appreciate any feedback. Thanks.
Nice one bro👌. I do have 2x 932a and 2x 705 Sub. Now am looking J want buy the 2x 912a to add for big event for about 300 to 400 people. So am not over power.
